If your account is in credit, you can apply for a refund

Accounts, billing and payment

• Account authority - request to provide tenant with account authority

• Annual wastewater charge opt-in/opt-out - apply to pay the fixed wastewater charge once a year or opt-out if you wish to stop paying the fixed wastewater charge annually.

• Apply for a leak allowance - apply for a partial credit for a water leak.

Meter support

• Meter reading enquiry - query a high bill, notify us of a meter misread or submit your own meter reading.

• Meter reclassification - apply to change your water meter classification.

• Water meter test request - if the test finds the meter is accurate to +/-3%, the charge for the test will appear on your next bill.
